These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you") and AutoXAU, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia, operating under the brand name AutoXAU ("we", "us", "the Company").
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using AutoXAU ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AutoXAU is a signal subscription service. We provide AI-generated trading signals, analytics dashboards, and related tools focused on Gold (XAU/USD) and selected financial instruments. The Service delivers trade ideas and market observations to subscribers via the web portal, email, and/or messaging integrations.
Signals are generated by proprietary algorithms and are provided on an "as-is" basis. Signal delivery timing, frequency, and instrument coverage may change without prior notice.
The Service does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All signals, analytics, commentary, and information provided through AutoXAU are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us at support@autoxau.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
All content, software, algorithms, models, trademarks, and materials on AutoXAU are the intellectual property of AutoXAU and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited licence described in Section 6.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoXAU and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoXAU from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@autoxau.com. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately (or at the end of the paid period, if cancellation).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoXAU regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
